Our comprehensive business solutions are designed to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and provide secure data management for organizations of all sizes.
1. Definitions

- Refers to JM Locker Private Limited, a company incorporated under Indian law, trading as Tiger Locker.
- "User," "You," "Your," "Customer"
- Refers to any individual or organization that accesses or uses our services.
- "Services"
- Refers to all software applications, platforms, tools, and related services provided by JM Locker Private Limited, including but not limited to ERP systems, MDM solutions, and associated support services.
- "Platform"
- Refers to our web-based and mobile applications that provide access to our ERP and MDM services.
- "Subscription"
- Refers to the paid access plan that grants users rights to use our services for a specified period.
- "Content"
- Refers to all data, information, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials uploaded, posted, or transmitted through our services.
2. Service Description & Access
2.1 Service Offerings
JM Locker Private Limited provides comprehensive business management solutions including:
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems: Integrated business process management software
- Mobile Device Management (MDM): Centralized device administration and security solutions
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Business intelligence and performance monitoring tools
- Cloud Storage & Backup: Secure data storage and recovery services
- Technical Support: Professional assistance and maintenance services
- Training & Consultation: User education and business optimization guidance
2.2 Service Access
- Subscription Activation: Access is granted immediately upon successful subscription payment and account verification
- Account Credentials: Users receive secure login credentials via registered email address
- Multi-Platform Access: Services accessible via web browsers, mobile applications, and desktop clients
- User Limits: Access restricted to the number of users specified in your subscription plan
- Geographic Availability: Services available globally with primary servers located in India

3. Subscription Terms & Billing
3.1 Subscription Plans

3.2 Billing & Payment Terms
- Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and digital wallets accepted
- Billing Cycles: Monthly, quarterly, and annual billing options available
- Price Changes: 30-day advance notice provided for any subscription price modifications
- Late Payments: Service may be suspended for payments overdue by more than 7 days
- Taxes: All applicable taxes (GST, service tax) are additional to subscription fees
3.3 Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of subscription fees within the grace period
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent or illegal use of our services
- Excessive resource usage affecting system performance
- Security breaches or unauthorized access attempts
4. Software License & Usage Rights
Important License Terms
Our software is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services during your active subscription period.
4.1 Permitted Uses
- Business Operations: Use for legitimate business activities and operations only
- Data Management: Store, process, and manage your business data through our platforms
- User Access: Grant access to employees and authorized personnel within subscription limits
- Integration: Connect with approved third-party applications and services
- Customization: Configure settings and preferences within available options
4.2 Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
- Selling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to our services
- Using our services for illegal activities or fraud
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Creating derivative works based on our software
- Removing or modifying proprietary notices or labels
- Using automated tools to extract data beyond normal usage
- Sharing login credentials with unauthorized parties
4.3 Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of JM Locker Private Limited. Your subscription grants you usage rights only, not ownership.
5. Data Privacy & Security
5.1 Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create using our services. We act as a data processor and implement appropriate security measures to protect your information.
5.2 Security Measures
- Encryption: All data transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption
- Access Controls: Multi-factor authentication and role-based access management
- Regular Backups: Automated daily backups with multiple recovery points
- Security Monitoring: 24/7 system monitoring and threat detection
- Compliance: Adherence to applicable data protection regulations
5.3 Data Retention & Deletion
Upon subscription termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for potential reactivation. After this period, data will be permanently deleted unless otherwise required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
6.1 Service Availability
Service Level Agreement (SLA): We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
JM Locker Private Limited shall not be liable for:
- Indirect Damages: Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service Interruptions: Temporary downtime for maintenance or technical issues
- User Errors: Data loss or corruption due to user mistakes or negligence
- Third-Party Integrations: Issues arising from external applications or services
- Force Majeure: Events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
6.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
6.4 Disclaimers
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements
- We are not responsible for content or data accuracy uploaded by users
- Third-party integrations are provided without warranty
7. User Responsibilities & Conduct
7.1 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring all users comply with these terms
- Regularly updating passwords and security settings
- Monitoring user activity within your organization
7.2 Content Responsibility
- Ensure all uploaded content is legal and appropriate
- Maintain backups of critical business data
- Comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws
- Respect intellectual property rights of third parties
- Report any security vulnerabilities or issues promptly
7.3 Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
8. Service Updates & Modifications
8.1 Platform Updates
We regularly update our services to improve functionality, security, and user experience. Updates may include:
- Feature Enhancements: New tools and capabilities
- Security Patches: Protection against emerging threats
- Performance Improvements: Speed and efficiency optimizations
- User Interface Updates: Design and usability improvements
- Bug Fixes: Resolution of reported issues
8.2 Notification of Changes
- Major Updates: 30-day advance notice via email and platform notifications
- Minor Updates: Notification within platform changelog
- Security Updates: May be applied immediately for system protection
- Terms Changes: 30-day notice with option to terminate if disagreed
8.3 Service Discontinuation
In the unlikely event we discontinue any service, we will provide 90 days advance notice and assist with data migration or export options.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India.
9.2 Dispute Resolution Process
- Direct Communication: Initial attempt to resolve through customer support (5-7 business days)
- Management Escalation: Escalation to senior management if unresolved (7-10 business days)
- Mediation: Good faith attempt at mediation before legal proceedings
- Legal Action: Court proceedings as last resort
9.3 Limitation Period
Any claims must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose, or such claims will be permanently barred.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
10.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and JM Locker Private Limited.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
10.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
10.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
10.5 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions, understand them, and agree to be bound by their provisions.
