Violations may result in deactivation or permanent discontinuation of access.
4. ERP Access & Subscription Terms
Our ERP solutions are offered on a subscription basis. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these conditions:
- Subscription Models: Available in both monthly and yearly formats, with pricing provided during signup or onboarding
- Payment Terms: Charges must be paid upfront; late payments may result in account restrictions
- Auto-Billing: Your plan will automatically renew unless cancelled beforehand
- Cancellation: You may end your subscription anytime; however, no refunds are issued for unused time
- Trial Access: Any trial accounts are treated with the same privacy standards and will expire if not upgraded
- Data Availability: ERP data access is exclusive to active accounts. Expired users have 30 days to request their data
Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Effective Timing: The cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing term

- Export Requests: Users must download their data within 30 days of service expiration

- Product Type: Fully web-based—no shipping or physical goods involved
- Account Setup: Login credentials are shared via email after payment verification
- Delivery Terms: No shipping timeline, no freight costs, and no physical delivery process
- Customer Support: All setup and help are provided remotely via chat, email, or phone
- User Responsibility: Clients are responsible for maintaining devices and internet access
